Heartbeat is a service that enables the customer to access a secure copy of their health summary from a mobile application. They can then choose whether or not the insurer can access this information, which could potentially help them in certain situations - such as medical emergencies or during a claims process.

Heartbeat selected Centrik at the platform to enable the desired consumer and insurer experience. Heartbeat utilises Centrik's integration with Medtech's ALEX® platform to enable Heartbeat users to easily connect and retrieve data from their GP.

The app is now live with a handful of GP sites, and available for a selected group of beta users.
