🤓 We'll set up training for you and your team to ensure you are comfortable finding your way around the Web Console and know how Centrik integrates with your Practice Management System (PMS).

✨ At this time, you’ll be given access to a number of helpful resources, including:

☑️ Our Training Academy, which includes articles and videos to help you get the best out of the Centrik platform.

☑️ Subscribed to our Product Update newsletter, ensuring you are kept up-to-date with new features as they are released.

☑️ The opportunity to join our Centirk Co-design Club, where you’ll be able to review new features during the design phase and provide feedback on the functionality.

🤳 Once you and your team are set up, you’ll have time to test the Web Console and Patient App / Online Portal functionality – we’re here to help and answer any questions!

🔍 Our trial is a no-commitment, free trial – you won’t be charged until your confirmed launch date.

🚀 Ready to launch? We’ll provide you with marketing content so that you can successfully launch the app and online portal to your patients. Patients will be able to self-register using the invite code for your practice, making it hands-off for you and your team.

😃 Going forward, you’ll have ongoing access to our Training Academy and our Christchurch-based Support team is always accessible to answer any questions you have.
