🤝 First, you’ll be connected with our Clinical Implementation Specialist who will configure a tenant specific to your clinic on the Centrik Web Console.
🤓 We'll set up training for you and your team to ensure you are comfortable finding your way around the Web Console and know how Centrik integrates with your PMS.
✨ At this time, you’ll be given access to a number of helpful resources, including:
☑️ Our Training Academy, which includes articles and videos to help you get the best out of the Centrik platform.
☑️ Subscribed to our Product Update newsletter, ensuring you are kept up-to-date with new features as they are released.
☑️ The opportunity to join our Centirk Co-design Club, where you’ll be able to review new features during the design phase and provide feedback on the functionality.
🤳 Once you and your team are set up, you’ll have time to test the Web Console and Patient App functionality – we’re here to help and answer any questions!
🔍 Our trial is a no commitment free trial – you won’t be charged until your confirmed launch date.
🚀 Ready to launch? We’ll provide you with marketing content so that you can successfully launch the app to your patients.
😃 Going forward, you’ll have ongoing access to our Training Academy and our Webtools Support team is always accessible to answer any questions you have!
